Consultancy & Planning Support | £200

Aimed at companies who could benefit from marketing advice, but lack the budget to pay an external marketeer, our flat-fee Consultancy Coffee empowers you with knowledge, expertise and ready-made tools to run your own campaign.

During this 2 hour meeting we will help you identify your target audiences, provide advice on how to reach them, help you shape your budget and leave you with a robust plan of action.

As well as working with you to create your own show-specific marketing plan and timeline, our most affordable package of support includes one follow up phone call - enabling us to troubleshoot and offer feedback while you manage your campaign.

Pick Marketing Options | Bespoke Rates

Not every show needs full marketing support, and not every company has the same skills gaps.

Let’s say you’re a whizz at social media, but need to outsource the time-consuming task of researching and contacting community groups. Maybe you’ve got a brilliant print design, but want someone to handle distribution. Or perhaps you could benefit from an outsider managing your digital marketing, but want to handle every other element of your campaign yourself.

We’ll work with you to cover all bases - creating clear lines of responsibility to ensure no audience member gets forgotten. We can advise on where best to invest any financial spend, and draw on our vast contact lists to maximise your opportunities for reaching outside your network. All campaigns are drawn up in consultation with you and tailored to your needs and budget.
